Deltisan Engineering LLC (“Deltisan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of visitors to deltisan.com and of our customers. This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

  • Contact information you provide: name, company, email, phone number, and any details you share when you request a quote, send a drawing, or otherwise contact us.
  • Project information: drawings, CAD files, specifications, and other technical material you send for the purpose of obtaining a quotation or production work.
  • Website usage data: standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use cookies only as needed for basic site functionality.

2. How We Use Information

  • To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations.
  • To design, manufacture, and deliver products you order.
  • To send invoices and operational communications.
  • To comply with applicable US and Colorado law and tax requirements.
  • To improve our website and services.

We do not sell personal information.

3. Confidentiality of Drawings and Designs

Drawings, CAD files, and technical material you share with us are treated as confidential. We use this material only to evaluate, quote, and produce your work, and we restrict access to staff who need it. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement on request before reviewing sensitive designs.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share information with:

  • Suppliers and subcontractors only as needed to source materials or perform specialised processes for your order.
  • Logistics providers for dispatch and delivery.
  • Government and tax authorities as required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain customer records, drawings, and correspondence for as long as needed to fulfil our contractual obligations and to comply with statutory record-keeping requirements under US federal and Colorado state law.

6. International Data Transfers

Deltisan Engineering LLC is a Colorado, US-registered company. Manufacturing operations take place at our facility in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Drawings, specifications, order details, and related correspondence you share with us may therefore be transferred to and processed in India by our production team for the purposes of evaluating, quoting, and producing your work. We use contractual safeguards consistent with applicable law to protect personal data wherever it is processed.

7. Security

We use reasonable physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect personal and project information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law. To make a request, write to info@deltisan.com.

9. Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) Notice

If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act gives you specific rights with respect to the personal data we hold about you. Subject to verification of your identity and applicable exemptions, you have the right to:

  • Right to access. Confirm whether we are processing your personal data and obtain a copy of that data.
  • Right to correct. Ask us to correct inaccurate personal data.
  • Right to delete. Request deletion of personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to data portability. Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format where technically feasible.
  • Right to opt out of (i) the sale of personal data, (ii) targeted advertising, and (iii) certain types of automated profiling. We do not sell personal data, do not run targeted advertising, and do not use automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
  • Right to appeal. If we decline a privacy request, you may appeal our decision by writing to the same address below; we will respond within 45 days. If you are unsatisfied with the appeal outcome, you may contact the Colorado Attorney General at coag.gov.

To exercise any of these rights, send your request to info@deltisan.com with the subject line “Colorado Privacy Request.” You may also designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf; we will request verification of the agent's authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
